Keep Moving.

In a world where stagnation seems to be the default setting, the mantra of "keep moving" emerges as a beacon of hope, a rallying cry for those who refuse to be mere spectators in the theater of life. Like intrepid explorers of the great unknown, we embark on a journey through the twists and turns of existence, armed with nothing but our wits and an insatiable thirst for adventure. Though we set goals for our future and our children’s future, we do not ever arrive at some predetermined destination, it's about the experiences, growth, and connections made along the way; a tapestry woven with the threads of moments, emotions, and relationships.

For some, keep moving might mean physically traversing the globe, chasing sunsets on far-flung shores or savoring the kaleidoscope of cultures that pepper our planet, but for others, it's a metaphorical dance — a way to cope when your beloved or not so beloved mother or father passes away, reassurance that the move from your lifelong friends to be closer to your family is the right one and that selling or letting go of the material things that no longer serve you can be a healthy release — because things are just things until we add sentiment, and that sentiment remains with us regardless of where we go and what we own.

When life throws its curveballs and the road ahead appears treacherous, as it often will, you can remember the sage advice of Dory from "Finding Nemo" – just keep swimming — and if aquatic metaphors aren't your style, take a page from Forrest Gump and simply keep running — because after all, in a world as unpredictable as ours, the only constant is change — and the best way to navigate the tempestuous seas of existence? You guessed it – keep moving.
